• Commentary or personal opinion

We collect this information for the purpose of conducting independent assessments and developing Board reports. Bayside Board Co will only use this information for these purposes. It will otherwise not be used or disclosed unless requested, authorised or required by law. 

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009. Bayside Board Co advises all clients and participants of their individual obligations and accountability for compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements. As such Bayside Board Co does not accept liabilities for individuals not meeting these obligations.
